Nestled among the hills of Monferrato, just 3 km from the village of Calliano, Relais San Desiderio is a historic country house tastefully renovated, available exclusively for the rental of the entire property. With a surface area of 350 sqm spread over three levels, it can accommodate up to 14 guests in six spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The interior reflects the rustic Piedmontese style, with period furnishings and carefully curated details that tell the story of the house. On the main floor, there is a large living room with dining area, TV, air conditioning, and direct access to a panoramic balcony. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, and freezer.
The bedrooms, distributed across all levels, include:
- Three double rooms with a French bed (140 or 135 cm), some with an additional foldable bed.
- Two double rooms with a queen-size bed (160 cm).
- One room with two single beds (80 cm).
All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, and most are equipped with air conditioning. The house features gas heating (available from October 15 to April 15), free Wi-Fi, washing machine, highchair, baby cot, hairdryer, and safety devices (smoke alarm, fire extinguisher). One pet is allowed. Outside, a large panoramic terrace of 150 sqm, furnished with loungers and garden furniture, overlooks the hilly landscape. The private garden is fully fenced and features an above-ground pool (open from June 1 to September 30), with dedicated shower and WC. For extra relaxation, a sauna and hot tub are also available, all included in the stay.
The private parking area can accommodate up to 4 cars.
