RELAIS SAN DESIDERIO. The farmhouse is conceived as a house of friends, a stone’s throw from Asti, nestled in the hills of Monferrato, Relais San Desiderio offers large common areas where you can relax alone or in company. Breakfast, in good weather, is served in the inner garden and on the terrace, or in Luigi’s living room, on the first floor. Among the other environments is the kitchen, available to guests who want to try their hand at cooking, and the inner courtyard, a corner of peace where there are references to the peasant life of Monferrato. The property offers a wellness area/ SPA and consists of 7 rooms:

• I GEMELLI (1 double bed + 1 single). In a quiet location on the first floor of the building, with double window on the inner garden and bathroom window on the village alley, The Neonato is characterized by an ancient wooden cradle skilfully restored that has been used by past generations of the owners' family. For its size, in addition to the double bed, it can accommodate a third extra bed on request.
• IL NEONATO  (1 double bed + 1 single). In a quiet location on the first floor of the building, with double window on the inner garden and bathroom window on the village alley, The Neonato is characterized by an ancient wooden cradle skilfully restored that has been used by past generations of the owners' family. For its size, in addition to the double bed, it can accommodate a third extra bed on request.
• IL CUGINO ALEANDRO (1 double bed). It is the quietest room, as was cousin Aleander. It is located at the bottom of the corridor of the first floor and is characterized by the comfortable dressing room and the view of the internal garden. The furniture is vintage, with the massive double bed in plain sight in the middle of the white wall, the bathroom is complete with shower and bidet.
• IL FANCIULLO (1 double bed + 1 single) Large double bedroom with decorated ceilings and double windows overlooking the internal garden, enjoys an enviable position on the second floor of the structure. The massive double bed dominates the middle of the wall accompanied at its feet by the wrought iron baby cot. The bathroom is large and bright, with shower, bidet and window on the village alley. In this room you can stay a third person in the cot or in an extra bed.
• ZIA CLOTILDE (1 double bed). As Aunt Clotilde loved to seclude to read and think, so the room dedicated to her invites to relax and reflection. The room with queen bed can accommodate two adults is on the second floor of the building with a double view of the inner garden from the side of the room and on the street of the village from the side of the bathroom, equipped with a shower and bidet.
• LA NONNA PENELOPE (1 double bed). On the first floor of the building, this sunny double room enjoys views of the inner garden. Furnished with period furniture and equipped with a bright bathroom with shower and bidet, it bears the name of the owner’s maternal great-grandmother and some of the furnishings belonged to her.
• LO ZIO OSVALDO (1 single bed). Intimate single room located at the entrance of the building, is equipped with a bathroom with shower and bidet and window to the garden. Like Uncle Osvaldo who never married, it is dedicated to single travelers or families with already grown children who do not want to share a room with their parents.
